Create a new circle or role with AI Assistant
Our innovative AI Assistant on Holaspirit offers a time-effective solution for generating role and circle content, transforming a complex process into a streamlined experience. By using AI to create or generate purpose, domains, and accountabilities, users can save valuable time while ensuring their roles and circles are up-to-date. It's easy to add them up:
Find the Add button on your Governance or circle page,
Decide whether to add a role or a circle
Choose the parent circle, insert the name and description
Click on Create with AI button
Once the initial content for Purpose, Domains, and Accountabilities is generated, you can generate it again with the ☆Regenerate button
To add new Domains and Accountabilities, click on ☆Generate Domain and ☆Generate Accountability buttons
Validate changes or save it as a proposal
Edit an existing circle or role with AI Assistant
With the AI Assistant, editing roles and circles becomes faster and more efficient, as AI reformulates and enhances content for purpose, domains, and accountabilities. This feature ensures continuous governance evolution, allowing users to focus on strategic improvements while the AI handles the details. Edit your roles and circles in a few steps:
Go to your role or circle and click on Edit button
Regenerate Purpose with the ☆ button
Generate extra domains and accountabilities with ☆Generate Domain and ☆Generate Accountability buttons, then regenerate them again if needed
Validate changes or save them as proposal
Add or edit a role from a role template
AI Assistant also helps to add and edit roles based on role templates. To make it faster and more efficient, you can effortlessly generate relevant content for domains, and accountabilities. All you need to do is:
Add a role by importing a role template or edit a role already based on a template
Generate extra domains and accountabilities with ☆Generate Domain and ☆Generate Accountability buttons, then regenerate them again if needed
Validate changes or save them as proposal
📌 Note: When role based on a role template is locked, you can only generate extra domains and accountabilities, but not edit its core.
