Sometimes it is more convenient for participants to type their own proposals during a meeting (e.g., such proposals may be complex or easier to type than explain).
To take over the secretary role during a meeting, click the icon next to secretary at the top of the screen
Select the participant's name
Once finished with the proposal, the Secretary can take control back by clicking the same button.
To find out who's currently the meeting host, look at the icon next to secretary.
Note: The member who opens the meeting becomes the secretary by default.
