All of an organization's Administrators can access the Subscription section of the Administration area and subscribe to a plan, modify a subscription or payment details.
How do I subscribe to a paid plan?
At any point during your free trial offer, you can subscribe to our paid plans. Follow these instructions to subscribe.
What happens when I've reached the assigned number of licenses?
When you reach the limit provided for in your subscription, an alert will invite you to increase the number of your licenses.
How do I increase the number of licenses?
You can increase the number of licenses at any time. To update the number of licenses, follow these steps to access the subscription menu, then update the Number of users as needed and click Validate.
This change takes effect right away and you will immediately be charged for the period starting from the day you increase the number of licenses to the end of your subscription period. For example, if your subscription period is from 1 to 31 January (monthly subscription) and you add 8 members on 17 January, the price paid will be:
(31-17)/31 x 8 x 4.90€. = 17.70€.
When the change takes effect, your subscription is renewed and that will become the day of the month you will be charged going forward. For example, if you used to be charged on the 17th of every month, but you update your subscription on the 5th, you will be charged on the 5th going forward.
I've just removed users, what impact does this have?
When you remove one or several users, it allows you to invite other users to join the platform in their place without having to update your Number of users. If you don’t want to invite other users, then you can reduce the Number of users at the end of your current subscription period.
How do I to reduce the number of members?
A reduction in the number of licenses will only take effect at the end of the current subscription period. Follow these steps to access the subscription menu, change the number of users that you need, and click Validate.
Note: You can not remove licenses for users who have activated their account. You will first need to remove the member from your organization.
I'm on a monthly plan. How do I switch to a yearly plan (and vice versa)?
The change of billing frequency only happens at the end of the current subscription. To switch from monthly invoicing to yearly invoicing or vice versa, go to the subscription area, change the billing frequency, and click Validate.
How do I cancel my subscription?
To cancel your subscription, go to the subscription area and click on the Cancel link. Your subscription will not be renewed on its expiration date.
What are the authorized payment methods?
Payments are made online by credit card. We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.
How do I update my payment details?
To update your credit card, or to replace it with a new one, go to the subscription and billing area, then Edit your Payment Method Information. Fill in the form and click Update.
Where can I find my invoices?
To download your invoice, go to the subscription and billing area, click the Invoices section, then click Download a PDF next to the invoice you want to download in the Payment History section.
Can invoices be sent to someone without a holaspirit account?
Yes. To add or modify a billing contact, go to the subscription and billing area, then Edit your Billing Information. Fill in the form and click Update.
How do I modify my billing details?
To modify your billing address, go to the subscription and billing area, then Edit your Billing Information. Fill in the form and click Update.
What does "Powered by Chargebee" mean?
holaspirit uses the Chargebee online service to manage payments methods and billing.
