Work with redesigned Projects App

To give users full transparency of their operations, Projects and Actions have been combined into Tasks module. The merger of these applications will simplify day-to-day work by bringing together the different elements in a single interface. Instead of scattering information on two different apps, team members are now able to manage their tasks and projects in one place.

  • Unfold your tasks in the list view
    See the level structure of your tasks to visually understand the link between the tasks and their subtasks. As there are no limits, you can create as many subtasks and levels as you need, so don’t be shy!

  • Create personal tasks
    Not all tasks are necessarily related to a project. That’s why we’ve differentiated the tasks that add to a project board and those that don’t.

  • Use filters to work faster
    Filter your board by task status (checked/unchecked), keyword, label, role, circle, due date to set up the view you need.

  • Switch between the Kanban and List views

    Use the view that matches your way of working to efficiently manage the tasks within your project board and get a clearer view of what you need to do.

  • Track a task's progress with a personalized progress bar

    Update your tasks' progression bar to quickly see your tasks' advancement. Use percentages, currencies, emojis or any symbol you want. It’s time to get creative!

  • Duplicate and move tasks
    Make template tasks, duplicate and move them from one board to another. Be flexible and manage their content to work more efficiently.

    Add as many circle boards as you need to better manage several projects at once within your team.

    Choose circle board members to administrate its settings: rename your board, make it private, and define a task completion column.
